Not satisfied with a meeting? You have 24 hours to flag it with a written reason. If we agree the meeting didn't meet the criteria above, we replace it at no cost.
Most clients see their first qualified meetings within 10 days of launch. The first week is dedicated to ICP finalization, list building, and messaging development. Outreach begins in week two, and meetings typically start booking within the first few days of live campaigns.
Accelerators are performance bonuses tied to meeting targets we agree on together. We set clear milestones during onboarding, and as we hit each level, a bonus is triggered. It keeps our incentives aligned — we only earn more when you see more pipeline.
We recommend a minimum 3-month engagement to allow campaigns to optimize and build momentum. However, we don't lock you into long-term contracts. After the initial period, engagements continue month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.
Yes. Most clients start with Starter or Growth and scale up once the pipeline is flowing. You can upgrade at any time — we'll adjust your channels and SDR coverage accordingly.
We use industry-leading tools for prospecting, email sequencing, parallel-dialed cold calling, and social outreach. Tool costs are included in Growth and Enterprise plans. Starter includes the core email and LinkedIn tooling needed for those channels.
Yes. On the Growth and Enterprise plans, we integrate directly with your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) so that meetings and prospect data flow seamlessly into your pipeline. On the Starter plan, we provide meeting details via email and shared reporting.
